    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Perform functional configuration for business requirement 2 Propose the solution and recommend the architectural or business changes 3 Work closely with onshore team/client for CRM related issue/change request 4 Knowledge of Front End Processes 5 Basic Knowledge of ABAP, Basic knowledge in multiple modules in SAP ISU, Knowledge in CRM on HANA 6 Basis knowledge of ISU flows eg Meter to Cash, New Customer onboarding, Movein/Moveout, Disconnection/reconnection
        • Technical Experience : 1- Must have good hands on experience in SAP ISU CRM 2- Maintenance of codes and code groups in IMG 3- Must have SAP application background 4- Should have worked on System Configuration, FS development for WRICEF, functional Testing etc 5- Knowledge of CRM middleware
        • Professional Attributes : Candidate should be flexible to work from client location if needed 1-Strong organizational skills, Experience in dealing with Client as well as third-party-provided services; 2-Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education
