Job Description

    HIRING-Academic coordinatoronline educationAbout the Vision:You are passionate about processes, with a keen eye for detail. You are an excellent communicator who understands that the strength of your team is instrumental in the success of our business.Seeking an Academic Coordinator, preferably with prior Edtech Industryexperience, whowill be typically responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of educational content and technology solutions.The job responsibilities will include:
    • Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop and curate high-quality educational content that aligns with the companys vision and goals.
    • Leading the development and implementation of educational technology solutions, including learning management systems, online course platforms, and other digital tools.
    • Working with teachers and educators to provide training and support on the use of ed tech tools and resources.
    • Managing a team of instructional designers, content developers, and other education professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Conducting research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in the field of educational technology and incorporating them into the companys products and services.
    • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting the companys educational products and services.
    • To help each student to make the most of his or her ability and to enhance each students quality of learning.
    Qualifications:
    • Masters degree in education. as well as experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology.
    • Should have at least 8-10 years of experience in the same field especially in primary and middle school.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills are also important, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
    Specs:
    • Resource should be preferably from the Edtech company if possible like : Bijous, Oda Class, 21k Online School, AOL, K8, Cy board and similar Ed tech companies.
    • Working model Hybrid, should be available for weekly/fortnightly meetings in person. So should be from Noida/Delhi
