Relationship Building:o Engage with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to buildlasting relationships.o Consistently follow up with schools to maintain rapport and ensure collaboration.2. Brand Positioning:o Promote Pegasus as a childrens brand with the most innovative learningsolutions in book publishing and play-learn spaceo Clearly articulate the unique value of Pegasuss products and sessions toschools.3. Organizing Value-Adding Sessions:o Pitch and conduct complimentary sessions in schools, focusing on storytelling,DIY art and craft, STEM activities, language skills, and more.o Customize sessions to align with the schools needs and interests.4. Market Insights and Feedback:o Gather feedback from schools on educational needs and preferences to refinePegasuss offerings.o Identify trends and areas for future product development.5. Performance Targets:o Successfully engage with a minimum of 100 schools per month.o Deliver 30 value-adding sessions and convert 5-10 schools/month into paidmodel within three months.6. Reporting and Analytics:o Maintain detailed records of school engagements, feedback, and outcomes.o Provide monthly progress reports to the management team
