This means delivering products above and beyond what is expected. This role is not just about taking specifications and creating what is asked for. Its about listening to market conditions, analyzing business processes, and identifying the impactful products that help the organization grow.You will be Responsible for working on Java 8,or higher, Spring boot, Spring batch, Oracle DB or PostgreSQL, Prime faces (GUI),JSF, Docker, SOAP, REST API, GITLAB, Apache Camel,ActiveMQPlaying a critical role in Techno-Functional Solution binding.Deep understanding and driving agile practices within the organization .Motivating people and helping them to reach their maximum potential.Responsible for smooth execution of project life cycle like Capacity planning, Risk Management, Skill Management, etc.Owing the end to end delivery of the product releases communication with different stakeholders.Must HaveBachelors degree(in Computer Science)/MCA or equivalent with intensive Software Industry experience.Experience with modern languages development practices and frameworks (such as Java/Spring/Microservices).Effectively communicate with others through presentations, remote working sessions, and face-to- face interactions.Worked in an agile environment and understands agile practices.Good To HaveBanking/Finance Domain KnowledgeUnderstanding of Devops process(CICD pipeline)Regards,HR Team
