Job Description

    Expert in managing delivery of complex and large programs, Customer Relationship Management, Quality, SLA and Contractual Compliance management, lead delivery execution and growth Total 10+ Year of experience. 5+ year of experience as Scrum Master Must be CSM and SAFe certified. Excellent hands on experience on Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),Crystal and XP. Need to ensure Vision & Releases align with Agile Release Trains (ART). Coordination between team and other aspects of Project/Program. Create PI plan for all Scrum teams. He will also work as Agile coach for rest of scrum teams in order to fix process gaps and process adherence gaps. Someone who will coordinate with Clients team on Release communication and adaption plans. Strong stakeholder and relationship managementskills, with demonstrated ability to work with Senior Business and Technology stakeholders Manage each project s scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skill.,
