Job Description

  • Implementing and supporting RSA SecurID infrastructure as well as token administration.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our NTT Data Services customers.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that NTT Data Services can meet customers expectations and deliver quality services within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed, and all incidents and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs.
  • Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health checks and system reporting.
  • Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation.
  • Propose process and technical improvements to management.
  • Create user notifications informing end users of enrollment on the server.
  • Maintain the RSA environment by applying patches and troubleshooting issues
  • 3-5 years of experience working with two-factor authentication security, security tokens, and users across the enterprise with RSA .
  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience of Service Now ITSM tool.
  • Understanding of VPN solutions.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word.
  • Willing to work any shift and engage in an on-call rotation, including weekends.
