Job Description

Position is for a Lead Functional Consultant, preferably with implementation background in Oracle EPM Suite As part of EPM practice, he/she will have following responsibilities to work on Oracle EPM deliveries. design and development of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). Principal Duties and Responsibilities : FCCS
• Function as applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS
• Application Design point of contact for FCCS Analyst Teams
• Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience on Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud application configuration
• Understanding dimensions and member properties
• Understanding metadata management
• Integrated business processes across EPM cloud services
• Integrating data using Data Management
• Security and managing users
• how to use Smart View
• Managing applications through EPM Automate
• Understand Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Offerings
As part of EPM practice, he/she will have following responsibilities to work on Oracle EPM deliveries. design and development of Accounts Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS)
• Experience implementing ARCS from design, configuration, data integration, and testing
• Function as applications design architect/Lead for ARCS application development
• Sound knowledge on ARCS including Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching
• Functional knowledge of Finance/accounting and account reconciliation is a must
• Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool and general ledger is a plus
• Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on current system
• Collaborate effectively with other groups
• Experience in design and build of metadata and data loads (SL and GL feeds) as per ARCS account id and its attributes, questions into reconciliation manager.
• Setting up standardized grouping of account reconciliations for auto reconciliations feature.
• Experience in enabling auto preparation functionality through automated sub-ledger feeds to ARCS for sub-ledgers like accounts payables, receivables, and other non ERP based sub-ledgers.
• Setting up reconciliation dashboard with setting up my work list, reconciliation list and transaction lists for user profiles.
• Setting up ARCS roles and access like preparer, reviewer, Back-up reviewer, viewer, power user in reconciliation manager.
• Setting up balance summary section, process for preparer, reviewer and auditor and set of questions.
• Email SMTP setup and workflow setup for reconciliation process and generating emails at each steps based on completed events in work flow.
• Design and build steps/process in ARCS for preparer, reviewer to close un-reconciled items of current periods.
• ARCS Reporting by out of box ARCS report method and predefined BI reports
• Experience in FDMEE / DM and SQL scripting
Required Educational Qualifications
• Must have master s degree in finance and Accounts is must.
• CA/ICWA/ACCA is preferable.
Additional Requirements :
• EPM Experience 5+ Years
• Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution DesignSound functional knowledge Finance/accounting/ General Ledger/Sub Ledgers
• Good knowledge of FP&A and functional processes
