Job Description

Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments
Handling all banking-related works
Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc, and keeping track of them
Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in the account executive job description
Preparing profit and loss statements
Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, maintaining the account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
Handling day-to-day accounting
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Min 4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in managing accounting software
Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
Good team player
Smart Thinker & Multi-tasker
