Job Description

Our Exciting Opportunity :To ensure configuration/Changes/Audit/critical metric improvement/Trouble Tickets/Troubleshooting/Security Compliances on various Core nodes on Ericsson Network Architecture!

You will:
  • Ensure configuration/ Changes / hardware expansion on various Nokia NT-HLR / One NDS/ ENS through CR and troubleshooting of network issues through TT on daily basis.
  • Ensure configuration/ Changes / hardware expansion on various Ericsson / Huawei Core-IMS nodes MSS/MGW/Blade Cluster/HLR-FE/HSS-FE/CUDB/DSC/CSCF/MTAS/IPWORKS/SBG through CR and troubleshooting of network issues through TT on daily basis.
  • Number Normalization handling.
  • POI /Signaling Creation/Shifting, Augmentation, De augmentation etc in MSS and MGW
  • BSC/RNC Migration, New Node Integration, SDP Migration.
  • Coordination with Planning/ Customer/Back office /Project etc
  • Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
  • Be Auditing the quality of TT and carry out to CR process. Building MOP. Verifications of MOP.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Hands-on with following vendor nodes-
  1. NOKIA NT-HLR/HSS, one NDS and ENS
  2. Ericsson AXE 810, APZ 214 01/03, APG 43L, MGW and SBG
  3. HUAWEI MSoftX, vDSC, STP-SG7000, SBC-SE2900, SE2600, vIMS(CSCF,TAS,RCS)
  • Should have good Knowledge of on GSM Protocols (SIP,Diameter,LDAP,ISUP,BICC,SIGTRAN,INAP,CAP,TCAP,MAP,SCCP)
  • Strong Telecom fundamentals and understanding of Mobile Core networks (CS/IMS/Cloud), MNP,
  • Good knowledge of call control, signaling, digit analysis
  • Network Architecture and its subparts.
  • Knowledge of Performance & Characteristics of CORE Network Nodes
  • Experience on working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.
  • FQDN, SIP & Diameter Connectivity knowledge
  • Understanding of all Processes, routines activities and partner management.
  • Excellent knowledge of call control, signaling, digit analysis.
  • Adherence to Processes.
  • Ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace
