Job Description

  • Responsible for performing signal and power integrity simulations for package and boards designs in cutting edge technology nodes.
  • Providing expert advice specific to PI-SI on Die, package and PCB design layout guidelines, constraints and solutions to partner/customer system integration teams
  • Support for silicon debugs.
  • Providing guidelines in data sheet for customer reference
Skills Required:
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics Engineering from reputed college
  • More than 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Power and Signal integrity.
  • Working knowledge of PCB materials and PCB stackup
  • Hands on experience with Sigrity and Cadence PCB layout tools
  • Hands on experience with Spice simulations.
  • Though understanding of EM theory, Antenna theory, Transmission lines.
  • Understanding of Signal integrity & Power Integrity Challenges.
  • Understanding of packages (wire-bond, flip-chip) types.
  • Understanding of package modes ( RLC/RFM/Board Band Spice/IBIS models).
  • Simulation of high speed interfaces that includes timing , cross talk, jitter analysis.
  • Understanding of analog interfaces like ADC, PMC ,XOSC etc is plus.
  • Self-motivated and Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Team player
