Job Description

An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He will be responsible for generating new leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. He should be able to close sales and meet sales targets. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal & written) is a MUST. What will be your responsibilities:

  • Researching, generating and qualifying leads
  • Communicate with prospects, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Upsell / Cross-sell
  • Generate incremental revenue from the existing client by selling additional services
  • Manages existing customer relationship & provide appropriate support. Provide excellent customer experience, which is the key to get repeat business
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

  • Excellent analytical skills and having an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Experience working on CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Self-Motivated and with a pleasant personality
  • Shall be comfortable to work in night shifts
  • B.Tech/ Technical qualification is must
