Involved in risk based internal audits for Head Office and manufacturing units. Plan & Execute audit assignment as per budgeted timelines for assigned locations. Evaluate Risk & control related to various processes. Evaluate design gaps and operational risks. Identify potential risks in processes and accordingly prioritize them. Perform data analysis and select samples for transaction testing in order to test the current controls. Discuss observations with process owners and identify the root cause of gaps. Reports risk, operational issues and internal deficiencies and provide recommendations for improving the process efficiency and mitigate the operational risks. Reporting of audit observations to process owners and management. To carry out investigation in case of BEPL (Business Ethics Proposal Line)/Whistle blower allegations. To gather facts and evidences during investigation and prepare report under the supervision of Internal Audit Head. Reporting investigated cases to BEC (Business Ethics Committee). Prepare presentations for critical issues to be reported in audit committee. Develop Risk Control Mechanism (RCM) for the areas wherever required. Support external auditors with IFC Audits and other audit related matters.Required Candidate profileShould be good Communication.Good experience into Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, RSM and Internal control.
