The Senior ISAM Admin works to implement, monitor, measure, provide support, and report on performance, capacity and overall ISAM Champion innovative approaches that transform our technological capabilities. Play a key role in developing a culture of collaboration while enhancing the customer experience. The Senior ISAM Admin takes appropriate action to meet or exceed the service level agreements with our clients and external partners, interfacing directly with various lines of business in moderately complex/critical environments to understand business requirements and implements and supports system solutions to support their requirements.Identifies gaps, issues and best practices through proactive monitoring of components and tools deployed globallyUnder the guidance of a senior analyst, contributes to the units objectives by actively engaging in projects and operating as a ISAM subject matter. Is a participant in ITIL processes for change, incident, problem, currency and configuration managementOffers input and provides analysis to support continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work teamAssists in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational methods and workflows by identifying, recommending and implementing process improvementsPerform high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. Offers input and provides analysis to support continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team Assist in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational methods and workflows by identifying, recommending and implementing process improvementsQualifications: A university degree/college diploma and/or five years of hands on experience troubleshoot, supporting and maintaining ISAM Products. Completion of a current ISAM Product certification is an assest. Proven history of successful interaction with internal customers and/or enterprise IT department Some experience and understanding of ITIL standards as they relate to the incident/problem/ change management is required Experience with Linux or Windows server or web development is considered an asset Excellent understanding of coding methods, Software Development Lifecycle, Secure Coding Practices. An Agile mindset and capability to drive delivery. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all level of the organization(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
