Responsible for complete Marketing Communication function- app, web, digital ads, videos etc. Trigger based communication to stimulate action, Planned communication as per segments profile Graphic - Communication for Own, Earned Paid media Web, app, mails, ads google FB Video YouTube Ads, Fb Ads, Tiktok Ads, Testimonials, success stories, product launches Copy/content Blogs, emails, SEO, SMS, Brochure, Push notifications, articles etc.
2. Graphic Design:
Supervise a team and oversee the creation of designs, concepts and layouts. Supervising and executing activities including creation of computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget People Management: Lead, train and mentor a team of Design and Marketing Communication professionals. Lead relationship with external brand and creative agency partners.
Required Skills
Master s in Business Administration or a specialization in branding communication, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand and digital management.
Experience in managing communication teams with proven track record of working across multiple streams and delivering projects under tough timelines
Ability to set and measure quantitative targets for himself/herself and the team across the marketing channel
Creativity, ability to think beyond what competitors and other ed- tech players are doing to introduce a competitive edge
Excellent Communication skills - able to take complex information and effectively communicate both in verbal as well as visual formats
Obsession over quality of work
Strong problem- solving abilities
