Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, SCRUM MasterScrum master will be responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demoAbility to create user stories within Jira and responsible for managing the scrum processNeeds to be expert in estimation and planning. Ownership of reliable and practical plans for software development projects.Responsibilities

  • Service Line/Business SME Requirement Elicitation: Lead discussions with service line SMEs and business stakeholders and finalize the requirement specifications for platform / product development
  • Requirement Prioritization: Works with leadership and engineering team to prioritize the requirements schedule as per the market needs
  • Daily Standup meetings: Drive the daily meetings with engineering and QA teams and track the progress
  • Quality Assurance: Owns the QA planning and use case development in coordination with the service line and QA teams
  • Platform/Product Demonstration: Owns the demo of the platform to the internal and external teams as required
  • Should be a good coach in Agile practices. Can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
  • Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
  • Ability to track and remove impediments.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred qualifications
  • Degree in Management/Business Administration will be a plus
