Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Data Migration Tech Lead for an exciting opportunity to work on an AI enabled PV product with cutting edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible to work with the global client project implementation team to work on establishing ETL pipeline to migrate data from Clients drug safety and any ancillary system to Genpact PVAI PV system. You will be assigned following responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Gather client requirements for integrating the Safety system and document in the Client Solution Requirements document
  • Document the client SLDC deliverables
  • Manage formal software development lifecycle and release control process.
  • Developing PL/SQL code as per requirement
  • Perform code reviews to ensure optimum code quality from the team
  • Build and maintain database scripts and ensure code is current in versioning system
  • Helps team with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and Genpact.
  • Thorough Understanding of features and configurable elements of the COTS product
  • Builds strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Follow various SOPS in carrying out the assigned tasks
  • Closely interact with cross functional teams and support implementation activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in a client facing role for a consulting or technology services company.
  • Deep understanding of the professional services market within the life sciences and product vigilance domain.
  • Excellent PL/SQL , SQL and Oracle database skills
  • Deep understanding of PV related regulations and business operations.
  • Strong team management skills, including estimating, planning and tracking of delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of any Drug Safety System (Argus, AERS, ARISg etc.). ARISg preferred.
