Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Interface Technical LeadWe create products that demonstrate outstanding design for our clients and their customers. And this is your opportunity to be part of a team that is creating positive impact on the world by creating products that people love and making difference in people s lives.We are looking for a hands-on interface lead for an exciting opportunity to work on an AI enabled PV product with cutting edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible to work with the global client project implementation team to work on building and configuring custom interfaces between Genpact s PV product and the clients drug safety systems. You will be assigned following responsibilitiesResponsibilities

  • Gather client requirements for integrating the Safety system and document in the Client Solution Requirements document
  • Document the client SLDC deliverables
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and Genpact.
  • Work closely with the product development teams to feedback from clients and identify potential product enhancements.
  • Thorough Understanding of features and configurable elements of the COTS product
  • Configure the product as per configuration specs to build solution that conforms to user and functional requirements
  • Conduct POCs, Collect feedback and resolve issues
  • Contribute in authoring traceability matrix
  • Follow various SOPS in carrying out the assigned tasks
  • Closely interact with cross functional teams and support implementation activities
QualificationMinimum Qualifications
  • Experience in a client facing role for a consulting or technology services company.
  • Deep understanding of the professional services market within the life sciences and product vigilance domain.
  • Excellent PL/SQL , SQL and Oracle database skills
  • Deep understanding of PV related regulations and business operations.
  • Strong team management skills, including estimating, planning and tracking of delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of any Drug Safety System (Argus, AERS, ARISg etc.)
