: 1) Lead consumer centric product development strategy and designing winning formulations by converting insights into consumer benefits using scientific approach2) Execute R&D program from concept to product delivery across various initiative like product improvement, optimization, quality, process improvement as per the business plan3) Develop and Update lab infrastructure and protocols to closely imitate consumer behavior in labs 4) Continuous engagement with consumers to identify areas of improvement or un-met consumer needs 5) Partner with suppliers to develop and commercialize new technologies to design winning products 6) Responsible for tracking competitor movements new launches, formulation changes and propose action plan7) Prepare claim support dossier for all product changes 8) Ensuring documentation of all development work and follow best practices of book-keeping9) Drive project management with central team 10) Mentor and guide research executives for delivering project task and capability building 11) Drive consumer testing work plan with project team12) Strong partnership with procurement and operations team to develop and produce products 13) Work with procurement team to build resilience plan across all Raw Materials for business continuity and flexibility REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSPersonal Care Formulations (Facecreams, Facewash) Hands-on experience Process engineering skills Good appreciation of chemistry, chemical engineering/processingNOTE-*We are planning to launch new category into Skincare*We are looking for candidates from Formulation & Development of Skincare Category.*Skincare Category Experience is must.*Both Male & Female can apply.*This Position will Direct reports to R&D Head and will be supported by executives.Job Location- Kasna (Greater Noida)Time- 09:30 am to 06:00pm2nd & 4th Saturday Fixed Off,
