Technical Lead Location: Noida, India As a Senior Software Engineer in Gemalto, Noida, you will you will conduct complex software product research leading to new or improved products to maintain the company s competitive position and profitability. You will lead the engineering organization in developing and applying one or more advanced technologies into new product developments. You will identify and create patent disclosures. You will provide technical advice to other departments and also will coordinate research and development activities with other departments/functions. A week in the life of a Senior Software Engineer: You will participate in the development of larger modules which will include requirements analysis, architecting, designing and implementation tasks. You will operate independently to contribute to the development of new approaches and techniques. You will be responsible for analysis and determination of overall software design tradeoffs on a project. You will provide leadership and technical direction to sustaining and maintaining our existing product line. You will ensure companys products remain marketable and Competitive. App servers: Java JEE 6 (EJB, Spring, Hibernate, Weblogic, Web services, JMS, JPA, JAXRS) Database: SQL (MySQL Percona and/or Oracle), Oracle, HQL, Oracle- SQL Web applications: HTML 5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, Spring MVC Tomcat, SOAP, REST Junit Strong validation mindset Linux (PK cryptography, symmetric key cryptography, TLS) and WAF configuration (like Apache 2.2 modsecurity) Knowledge of Linux Knowledge of Android/Iphone and Push Notifications Systems (GCM, APNS) JBPM Wicket 4 Python, Shell Scripting Quartz for batch control Tools: Ant, Maven/Jenkins, JUnit/Mockito, Selenium, JIRA, Redmine, Mercurial, Sonar and Fortify Agile/SCRUM process and continuous integration ,
