You will:
  • Ensure configuration/ Changes / hardware expansion on various Ericsson Core-IMS nodes MSS/MGW/Blade Cluster/HLR-FE/HSS-FE/CUDB/DSC/CSCF/MTAS/IPWORKS/SBG/I-C-S-CSCF/MTAS/IPWORKS through CR and troubleshooting of network issues through TT on daily basis.
  • Ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace.
  • Ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are accurately & periodically followed.
  • Give in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.
  • Audit the quality of TT and make sure to CR process. Building MOP. Verifications of MOP.
  • Raise L3 cases with Vendor and following up the same for closure.
To be successful in the role you must have:
  • Good Technical Knowledge of the specific CORE nodes viz. Ericsson AXE MSS/Blade Cluster/ CPP MGW, HLR-FE/HSS-FE/CUDB/DSC/I-C-S-CSCF/MTAS/IPWORKS.
  • Understanding of all Processes, routines activities and partner management.
  • Hands on experience on Ericsson MSS /Blade Cluster/MGW/HLR-FE/HSS-FE/CUDB/DSC.
  • GSM, call flows. Pooling concept.
  • Network Architecture and its subparts.
  • Performance & Characteristics of CORE Network Nodes
Key Qualification:
  • Education: B.E / B-Tech. in Electronics & Communications.
  • Experience: 10-18 years in CORE/IMS DOMAIN.
