Job Description

    Education - B.E, B.Tech, MCASound knowledge on Service Now Development/Administration is required. Ability to lead a team of junior developers, proven experience in team leading and troubleshooting issues for the team.At least, 3-4 years of relevant/hands-on work experience on Service Now Development/Administration activities, including Service Now upgrades implementation, Service Catalog creation, update sets, transform maps etc.
    • Write the technical specifications
    • Configuration and customization of ServiceNow
    • Interfaces Implementation between ServiceNow and information System (third party applications)
    • Maintain the documentary repository (operating documents, procedures, functional and technical specifications)
    • Test & Work independently on complex requirements, guiding junior people, reviewing activitiy
    • Team player
    Work in Agile is mandatory, Scrum or Kanban. AzureDevOps Tool usage is desirable
    • JavaScript and Angular ( for ServiceNow configuration)
    • Developing integration between different tools and datasources using API webservices (Direct & scripted)
    • and import sets (REST, MID Servers, transform maps, scheduled imports)
    • ServiceNow ITSM implementation
    • ServiceNow Administration & active experience on upgradation process/implementation is desirable
    • Knowledge of ITIL processes
    Trainings & Certifications in the one or more of the following is desirable:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certified.
    • ServiceNow ATF fundamentals Micro Certified.
    • ServiceNow Flow Designer Fundamental Micro Certified.
    • Completed online training for ITSM Fundamentals and ITSM Implementation.
