Job Description

Experience and Technical Requirements: 3 to 8 Yrs in ServiceNow platforms

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in implementing ITSM/ITOM /ESM using ServiceNow.
  • Having an experience in ServiceNow implementations and support.
  • System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
  • Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.
  • Experience in managing workflows of Medium to Very Complex in nature.
  • Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
  • Very Good Experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
  • Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
Required Certifications:
  • ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)and/or Certified Application Developer ( CAD)
Desired Certifications
  • ITIL V3 Foundation
  • Micro-certifications:
    • Micro-Certificaton: Automated Test Framework
