You are in the most strategic crossroads of the digital transformation of Nokia into Software and Cloud Native applications, between the CloudBand PU and the NSW/AS Cloud Domain Delivery teamsYou define the Services portfolio offering for one or several of the CloudBand portfolio components (CBIS / CBAM / CBND), both as product attached and value added servicesYou manage and execute the Nokia CREATE process for CB Professional ServicesYou develop enabling collateral for GBC to sell CB Service portfolio as a capability and provide the first level of presales support from Delivery teamYou define and develop templates to assist in estimation and costing of CB professional servicesYou develop training material and undertake training for GBC and other teams as required focused on CB professional servicesYou work closely with CB Product Uniy and other partner Product and Business Units for developing the professional services portfolio as well as defining and leading the serviceability and industrialization strategyYou work with the delivery team on getting feedback based on customer deliveries along with driving the serviceability as well as automation aspects of CBYou drive any partner related outsourcing activities from Cloud perspectiveYou track services revenue tracking for CB professional services and support forecast planningYou participate in customer interactions as and when required to get customer inputs on the improving Service Portfolio, showcasing current Portfolio and providing presales support from deliveryKey qualifications for the role:Expertise in NFV, SDN and Cloud concepts linked with virtualization practical experience is requiredExpertise in Cloud Management Systems, Virtual Infrastructure Management and Cloud Infrastructure Management systems is requiredExpertise in Product and / or Services Line ManagementExpertise in Business Development and / or Project Management, Delivery engineeringExpertise in CREATE process
