Job Description

    *. AEM Sr.Developer Role Overview
    • Using a combination of business and technology acumen and a thorough knowledge of Adobe products and roadmap, articulate Adobe high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie the solutions to program success criteria
    • Interpret business challenges, identify trends and emerging technologies, and recommend solution alternatives and best practices
    • Be able to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time
    • Lead cross functional teams in an Agile delivery process and be responsible for delivering first class user experiences
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, practices, tools and techniques
    • Coach and mentor other team members to share knowledge and experience and help grow the team

    • Knowledge across the Adobe Cloud Solutions, ability to solve problems for large, corporate clients in multiple sectors, working in cross-discipline, agile and distributed teams globally
    • In-depth understanding of the typical Adobe use cases of Digital Platform implementations (AEM, Target, Analytics, DTM, Campaign etc.)
    • Strong architectural skills in Adobe Experience Manager
    • Well versed with presales, solution and estimation for solutions involving Adobe products
    • Good communication skills written and oral
    • Experience working in a top-tier agency, consulting or technology organization
    • Nice to have working experience of Analytics, Audience Manager, Target and Campaign tool
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years of experience in application architecture and Java/J2EE software development
    • 3+ years of experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience
    • Experience in systems integration and development, and package implementation with knowledge of interactive design
    • Experience of upgrading AEM from lower version to higher, good to have on-premises to cloud upgrade and migration experience
    • Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, OSGI, JUnit, Eclipse
    • Experience in multiple front-end web technologies including: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript (ie. React.js/Angular), and Responsive Web technologies
    • Experience with one or more back end/server-side technologies including: SOAP/REST, SQL/NoSQL databases, ESB, and Microservices
    • Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, open source packages, Content Delivery Networks
    • Experience with project automation technologies including: Jenkins, Continuum, Hudson, automated unit testing, Maven, SonarCube, Selenium, Jira, and GitHub
