Basic Qualifications: 2- 4 years of experience of working with global team in a 24*7 on- call environment Provides expert troubleshooting and analysis of system issues in desktop based . NET applications by going through the system logs Responsible for verifying system/ server configurations, installation steps of system components (at both site/ store and enterprise levels) in case of reported issues Helping tech teams to configure and deploy hardware components. Basic troubleshooting and providing solutions. Develop materials on the basis of resolution provided to tech team for future reference. Resolving report related issues and providing solution Reporting to India based L2 team Adherence to production support processes and to standard operating procedures Desirable Experience:3- 6 years of experience in application support or maintenance. Experience with Global Delivery team (onshore/ offshore) required. Have experience in working on batch process monitoring and external file processing Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now, BMC Remedy, or similar Excellent analytical skills. Good to Have : Any programming language troubleshooting experience (. NET or Java) Good to Have : Experience with Jboss (WildFly), Unix Shell scripting, ant, AWS/ Azure/ 1 years of SQL experience, ability to execute SQL queries Any prior Networking experience will be a plus,
