Drive solutioning and architecture discussions and technically guide the team. Adopt a highly reciprocal team that requires effective communication and quality contributions across multiple geographies. Use a combination of data and instinct to make decisions and move at a rapid pace. Prototype, develop, unit-test, and deploy performance improvements and features on the web with the highest quality. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and web optimization issues. Perform code reviews, provide feedback to team members on coding techniques, and respond effectively to feedback from reviewers. Collaborate with teammates on the best approaches for problem-solving. Stay proficient in emerging industry technologies and trends, and use that knowledge to influence the roadmap. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and shared accomplishments, having fun along the way.What you need to succeed: Strong technical background with excellent analytical abilities, and experience developing web apps based on JavaScript and web technologies. An interest in and ability to learn new technologies. Demonstrated results working in a diverse, global, team-focused environment.Requirements: B.Tech./M.Tech. degree from a premium institute. 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering. Minimum of 3 years of web development experience. Proficient in web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of MVC framework, responsive design, and development methodologies. Understanding web performance optimization principles and standard methodologies. Experience in resolving web performance issues would be ideal. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
