The focus of this fast-growing center spans Market Research, Research in areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Success and Enterprise Business Solutions.As a Software Developer in Testing, Performance you will be working collaboratively with a large scale team and do performance testing of the Monotype Fonts Web and Desktop applications. You will be responsible for providing detailed performance reports, improvement areas and debugging around performance issues. You will be monitoring our production systems performance and report issues in a proactive manner.What we re looking for:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience of enterprise applications with an emphasis on Application Performance and scalability.
  • Implemented performance test automation & automate test plans using performance test tools and setup environments for performance testing.
  • Executed & monitored performance test runs and used diagnostic tools to analyse test results & root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
  • Proven expertise to create complex integration scenarios for performance and load testing.
  • Hands-on experience performance testing for API and UI tests.
  • Proven expertise of generating performance trend reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of JMeter or Load UI or any other open source load testing tool.
  • Experience with SOAP / Web Services / Restful API is required.
  • Knowledge of Javascript or Java or any similar language.
  • Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills.
