Job Description

    OverviewThe Software Engineer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment. This role is vital in ensuring that our products are both innovative and reliable, meeting the growing demands of our users and aligning with our business goals. The individual will contribute to various phases of software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, implementation, and deployment.As a part of a dynamic team in Noida, the Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in creating scalable applications and improving existing systems. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for technology. The position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth while working closely with product management and quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional software products.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software applications that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify potential issues. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality. Maintain documentation of software designs and processes for future reference. Assist in the evaluation and integration of third-party software solutions. Support and enhance existing applications based on user feedback and performance metrics. Research and analyze new technologies and development tools to stay current in the field. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation. Implement best practices in software development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Create and manage software updates and patches to improve performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers as needed.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 4 to 5 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Java, along with experience in other programming languages like Python or JavaScript. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Keen attention to detail and a focus on quality.
