The company started in Australia in 2013 and now employs more than 230people in 5 countries.Job Description -1) Recruiting Process:
    • Work on the recruitment delivery for contract staffing positions from IT clients of company .
    • Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as
    • well as with the potential candidates.
    • Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate.
    • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate
    • screening process.
    • Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
    • Present shortlisted candidates to the client in a compelling manner
    • Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each
    • mandate
    • Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups
    • Use the technology tools used at company for managing the candidate lifecycle
    • and updating them on a daily and weekly basis to keep the data up to date.
    • Leverage social media & digital tools to source, engage and manage candidates
    • Ensure employer branding by leveraging the digital medium.
    • Follow the processes as defined by company as well as the requirements
    • given by the clients.
    • Based on the targets given, make a plan and execute the same to achieve the targets
    • Show a hunger to create a bigger impact, learns best practices proactively, and deploy
    • them as appropriate.
    • Research the market trends around the skillsets hired in the industry - skills in demand,
    • candidate behaviours, talent attraction methods in vogue etc.
    2) Has relevant experience in recruitment in the IT staffing service line and the IT sectorhiring - IT Contract staffing experience will be preferable3) Excellent understanding of recruitment processes including usage of technology such asApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Social Recruiting methods, Job portals etc.4) Deep knowledge of various methods used to select candidates and engage withcandidates especially in the IT contract staffing sector5) Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies6) Skilled communicator - verbal as well as written, good listening skills, persuasive andempathetic in conversationsRegardsMonika
