Post: - Sr. Manager Accounts & FianceDepartment: - Finance DepartmentExperience : - 3 to 5 Years.Annual CTC: - 7 to 10 Lac. Location: - NoidaNo. of Opening: - 1- The incumbent shall be accountable for end - to - end management of the finance function of the organization.He / She shall also be responsible for developing and implementing systems to stabilize the accounting operations.Maintaining accounting controls by framing policies and procedures related to finance and accounts.Reconciliation of Bank Account , Account Receivables , Payables Generating and complying with necessary and applicable tax laws and returns related to VAT , Sales Tax , TDS , Excise , Customs etc. Leading the internal audit of the firm and highlighting the important observations Streamlining the purchasing process and also establishing the controls for the same. Responsible for import and export procedures. Handling the invoices , employee reimbursement , creating and managing processes to streamline the same Preparing annual budgets , cash flow statements , financial reports , books to keep a track of the financial health of the company Liasioning with various internal and external stakeholders and manage external audits from time to time Maintaining compliance with relevant applicable laws and acts.Additional Information: - The incumbent shall be accountable for end - to - end management of the finance function of the organization.
