Regular field visits to monitor sales operations. processes etc. 2. Monitor stock level at various trade levels including ageing , range availability , sufficiency etc. Gather detailed trade and consumer feedback in the respective markets. Check placement level of different brands and SKUs alongwith ageing. 5. Monitor competitors activities regularly including margins , schemes , new product / SKUs , promotional activities , demand etc. 6.
