Job Opening: Sr. Managing Partner APC Life Insurance Company Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Karnal, Sirsa, Bhopal, Jaipur, Dehradun Salary: 7 LPA Reimbursements Incentives Experience: 4 to 14 years in sales Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Management via Business Associates (BA)
• Recruit and manage Business Associates.
• Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
• Supervise and ensure agents meet their activity plans as per desired levels.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
• Promote and motivate agents through Career Progression Programs.
• Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal and CRM for customer management and cross-selling of products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
