Job Title: Associate Associate / Senior Associate QualityJob Summary:-Develop deep knowledge of product offerings-Develop deep understanding of E-commerce operations-Develop knowledge of product and process-Have a clear , professional and informative communication style-Interested in building technical skills-Craft strategies to better train the team and improve process metricsKey Responsibilities & Duties:- Perform Ticket/Calls audit, identify gaps.- Provide feedback and coaching to the team.- Help ops to improve individual and process metrics- Handle clients escalations-Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needsRequirements:- Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience from BPO as a Quality Analyst.- Candidate should have at least 6 Months experience as a Quality Analyst.- Candidate should have good experience with Quality check tools.- Candidate should be well versed with BPO quality parameters.- Candidate should have good communication skills.Education:-Candidate should have graduation in any stream.
