Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management.Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period.Manage projects with oversight from their supervisorWorks on a large portfolio of applications. Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/ or functions.Participates on and may lead, complex projects with significant impact on IT and / or business. Mentors less experienced team members. Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.Works with technical staff and business to understand problems with software and assists to resolve themConsistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Applied in depth knowledge of one or more programming languages.Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. Perform in- depth problem solving, troubleshooting, and conduct rood cause analysis of problems and issues impacting the application and/ or their environment.Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needsSuggest and implement automation/ innovation wherever it is possible .Excellent communication and presentation skills.Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design. Provide performance improvement and capacity planning recommendationsFollow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests.Willingness to work shift including US day shift.Typically requires 5- 8 Years of Exp.The skills required for the jobs Advanced experience on web application development or support using Microsoft technology stacks Asp.Net, C#, MVC and T- SQLExperience with Web content management products (like Sitefinity or Sitecore) is must. Knowledge on Sitefnity CMS Structure, Sitefinity API, Thunder, Widget, Modules etc.Must be good at web scripting languages like HTML, jQuery, JavaScript and XML.Good understanding of IIS webserver, configuration and website setup with troubleshooting experience.Extensive experience in IDEs like Visual Studio 2012- 2016, Sitefintiy Thunder.Build management using TFS or Bit bucket.Nice to Have Skills- - Good understanding of US HealthCare Business- Basic understanding of (not technical or clinical expertise in) IT network, application, and clinical concepts, such as PHI, HL7 transactions, and encryption.This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.,
