The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.Key Responsibilities
• Source and shortlist candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with ongoing hiring requirements
Stipend
• Performance-linked stipend
• Paid based on the number of candidates successfully joined
• Stipend range: 0- 8,000
