Job Description

Greetings,Opportunity for women candidates only for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-cycle recruitment for ourclients in the field of Aviation, Hospitality, Healthcare, Premium Retail, Finance and IT.Broadly the responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning,interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop short to long term recruiting strategies and build trustingrelationships with potential clients and job aspirants.Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring Companies/Managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including Job portals, social platformsand other professional networks.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes, experience, skills and contact details
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interview
  • Support finalists by presenting an offer and negotiating its details with them and carry out reference checks where required by clients
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs of clients
  • Maintain a dynamic database of past and future candidates and foster long-term relationship with them
  • Key Skills/Requirements
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
  • Familiarity with Job portals, resume databases social media platforms and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques andevaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of key drivers that attract talent to various jobs and roles withinorganisations
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field
