Job Description

*Role - Taleo Techno functional lead

5-8 years hands on experience on Taleo Recruitment and On boarding modules (technically + functionally) on Enterprise Edition experience (TEE)
Expertise with system maintenance activities and enhancements w.r.t Smart Org setup, OLF, Workflow email templates, offer approval rules, Vendor management, User set-ups permissions, Career portal configuration, Define the tasks/processes in on-boarding etc.
Integration with 3rd Party Vendors, HRIS system using Bulk API & Taleo Connect Client(TCC) along with knowledge of Taleo API Reports & Dashboards: Analyze Design, Develop, implement and Analysis summary. OBIEE reporting Tool hands on is very much required.
System assessment configuration development of test scripts and testing of functionality upgrades and enhancements Ability to execute Taleo Recruitment & Onboarding implementation/Upgrade.
Drive Workshops, Design Configuration, integration testing, training & deployment. Client & Stakeholder Management
Excellent Oral and Verbal Communication
