Job Description

The foremost responsibility is to ensure the customer loyalty and to achieve the assigned business revenue, by implementing long term sales strategy in line withcompany vision and philosophy.Key Responsibilities: -

  • Planning and implementation of Sales strategies to connect with the potential customers and to retain the existing clientele.
  • Ensure desired quality of business, need based selling & right product mix to achieve the assigned business targets.
  • Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Providing complete information to customers on market conditions, prices & other logistics to ensure a fair & honest dealing.
  • Leading and managing team ensuring a high level of quality service to Customers/potential customers simultaneously ensuring profitability of the team.
  • Training, Coaching and reviewing the progress of team members to ensure achievement & over-achievement of their individual targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience into sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
