Silaris Information Pvt. Ltd. is a digital BPO located at Nariana, Gurgaon and at other 5 PAN India Location like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, ChennaiJob Description for Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Manager for Outbound Process: -

  • Good communication skills
  • Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
  • Team handling experience of 40 - 100 TSOs
  • Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
  • Must have Experience in Telesales outbound process
  • Aware About the basic KRA and KPIs
  • Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
  • Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
  • Quick thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must have dialer knowledge (Modes of Dialer and must have worked on Dialer)
  • Must aware about rostering and manpower planning and people management and Billing.
Job Description for Quality Analyst: -
  • Fluent communication skill required
  • 1-5 years experience in Quality in BPO Industry
  • Have taken care of the Sales Process
  • Should know about KPIs and KRAs
  • Must have Knowledge about quality tools.
  • Should be comfortable in PPT presentation
  • Take care of Refresher Sessions, Quality Sessions per process guidelines
