Job Description

- Engages with SMEs and understands Process Stability, and prioritizes processes- Obtains / Documents / Fully Understands SOPs, Run Books of prioritized processes- Facilitates process documentation if documentation is not fully ready (can document as well)- Record key-stroke level videos with narration audio of as-is flow.- Undertakes Initial Process Assessments (IPAs) and creates Business cases with key focus on Payback Period- Optimizes processes before looking at automation options- Works with Technical Architects to evaluate alternate solutions and to choose the most optimal solution- Map the current-state process and collect functional (PDD) and non-functional requirements (FRQ/PPFM) and business metrics from the process owner (cycle time, case volumes, SLA requirements, current work effort, etc.)- Identify all business and system exception flows- Identify additional process improvement opportunities (both functional and non-functional) to drive efficiency and stabilization prior to and throughout Automation- Run process deep-dives and assist in creation of the PDD as part of handover to Modelers for delivery- Resolve queries of Modelers with SMEs and other stakeholders- Manage Risks / Issues / Crisis in collaboration with entire internal team- Obtain sign-off on PDD and FRQ/PPFM - Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those - Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI- Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analyticsShould have:- Any Certification in Bule Prism/Ui Path (like - UiPath Certified - RPA Business Analyst Foundation.),
