Job Description

    Job Description , Relevant Skills, Tools /technology RequiredKey Accountabilities:1. Responsible for delivering quality work with defined quality gates and standards.2. Participates in the development of test scenarios and test cases for the business functionality as defined in the test plan. 3. Performs regression testing using automation test scripts and updating the scripts as needed.4. Assist QA programmers with business aspect of automated scripting.5. Perform project updates and manage testing artifacts in HP Quality Center tool.6. Coordinating assignments with different stakeholders and Lead the projects 7. Closely work with Technical/Functional lead for creating Test Strategy and Regression Summary reports.8. Well versed with Incident Triage process (Service Point)9. Ensure all defects are logged in tracking system. i. Prioritize issues to ensure timely resolution ii. Provide all required documentation iii. Respond promptly to any requests from development regarding open issues iv. Ensure issues have appropriate resolutions once correctedTechnical Knowledge, Experience and Skills Requirements:1. Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (B.Tech / MCA)2. Around 4 years of experience working in banking application (Loan modules)3. Exposure to Quality center specially test plan, test lab and defects modules will be an advantage4. Process understanding: SDLC and Agile Scrum.5. Should be able to independently understand the functional specifications to build the test cases.6. Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills are required.7. Ability to multi-task and be flexible with priorities8.
