Dear Aspirant,Greetings from Tech Mahindra Ltd .We are hiring experienced for E-Commerce Project (Customer Support - Voice Process) Only Day shift & 5 days working.Job Criteria:-

Should have minimum 1 Yr experience in BPO industry
Should have handsome experience in handling the domestic premium/International customers
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be a graduate ( Any)

Voice Inbound Process.
Have to handle customers queries and help them with the right feedback.
5 days working
Rotational day shifts (B/w 9am -9pm any 9hrs)
2 Rotational Weekly off
