Job Description

Job Description Java/J2EE/Springboot Architect Java/J2ee/Springboot technical architect required with strong technical expertise in Java and familiarity with backend technologies. He/She must be familiar with software design methods and techniques, and have the skills to write, edit and de-bug computer programs to achieve design objectives. Ideally, he/she must also have good communication, project management and analytical skills and good at analyzing both the business and technical requirements for a software program and develop design solutions to meet the needs.
• Total Experience Range - 10 Yrs to 12 Yrs.
Responsibilities:
• Architecture
  • Identify technical stack and define, document the system structure and its composition - solution modeling.
  • Define and document strategies, standards, and guidelines to direct the implementation of the system as well as application.
  • Facilitate the making of system-level decisions, ensuring that they are made on the basis of the best information and are aligned with stakeholder needs and benefits analysis
  • Ensure context, and constraints are documented and accepted, Identify these and negotiate with stakeholders to gain buy-in
  • Ensure that the architecture meets the system quality attributes.
  • Ensure that agreed-upon architectural principles and standards are applied to the system.
  • Control and improve team technical capabilities and productivity
  • Introduce and innovate the usage of tools for the purposes of automation of tasks in the project
  • Provide technical leadership
  • Mentor and grow team members in technical skills
  • Refine the release process, keeping in mind required quality checks
  • Front-face with client to recommend and influence technology decisions
  • Maintain overall target of quality and productivity along with customer satisfaction and delivery process effectiveness
• Analysis
  • Draws specialized knowledge of analysis especially in influencing business requirement taking feasibility and constraints into consideration.
• As design authority
  • Mentoring designers through the detailed design process
  • Reviewing designs as they are completed to ensure conformance to the system s architectural principles, arbitrating technology disputes
• Development
  • Provide the support to project manager with technical information, feedback, and advice, risk assessment, and so on throughout the project lifecycle, thus influencing, decision on resourcing, planning and scheduling.
  • Sizing projects via Estimation and its reviews.
• • Developing pieces of the implementation if required for evaluation, POC, framework
  • Initiation of best practices and process for coding, unit testing, code analysis etc.
Mandatory technical skills:
• • Good in aptitude and analytical.
  • Expert knowledge in Core Java, Springboot, Springboot, Servlet, JSP, Struts1.2-2.0, Spring3.x-4.x, Hibernate2.x-3.x , JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON, SOAP and REST Webservice, XML, SAX, DOM, Shell script, Junit
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems and multi threaded programming.
  • In-depth knowledge in Wildfly, Tomcat4.x-6.x and Jboss4.x-7.x web/application server along with se rver performance optimization.
  • Experience in Object-oriented application design and implementation along with java application profiling skills.
  • Experience with advanced data structures, API/service interface development and web development.
  • Experience in RDBMS design, writing and optimizing complex SQL, PL/SQL queries along with SQL assessment and tuning.
  • Experience in continuous integration using Jenkins and generating code quality reports using Sonar.
  • Experience in SVN and Clearcase.
  • Self directed and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

• Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
• Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].
