As Delivery Manager you will manage multiple agile projects , typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi - disciplinary , highly skilled digital team. You ll be adept at delivering complex digital projects , breaking down barriers for your team , both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.Defining project needs and feeding these into the program / portfolio process will enable resources to be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams that deliver projects in a timely and process - oriented manner.The Technical Delivery Manager reports to the Chief Architect and is responsible for managing multiple cross - function delivery teams , with a focus on technical excellence and high - performance delivery from offshore team. Responsibilities Manage the development and delivery of technology solutions. Accountable for the delivery of ad hoc project work and special assignments on behalf of the Chief Architect / ENO8 Dallas Team Technical Leadership. Manage multiple multi - disciplinary teams and ensure process adherence. Manage employee work schedules including assignments , project rotation , training , leaves and performance. Manage the delivery calendar for all the clients of ENO8 and ensure delivery timelines are met. Ensure processes are being followed at all stages of service delivery. Ensure all assigned projects are delivered in a timely fashion , to budget and with minimum impact. Project planning , scheduling , and performance are part of the responsibilities. Create and maintain a professional culture within the team , where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence , quality , and value for the customer and business. Responsible for acquisition and management of talent within the team , ensuring appropriate blend and breadth of skills aligned to current and future technology roadmaps. Lead and develop high performing teams , supporting Agile working practices , and a digital delivery culture. Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators , to generate actionable improvements to the quality of service offered by each team. Must Know 1. Use Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities , holding others to account for delivery , and swiftly responding to changing requirements.2. Assist with budget creation and on - going management of the budget.3. Self - motivated individual with strong communication skills and highly process and service oriented.4. Ability to manage multiple large teams.5. High - level people management skills combined with project management skills.6. Specific experience with project management tools such as MS Project are required as well.,
