Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Own technical architecture and design decisions for assigned modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices across the team- Break down business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks for the team- Guide and mentor developers on technical problem-solving, debugging, and design approaches- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to plan sprints and ensure timely, quality delivery- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks early, and drive mitigation plans- Drive adoption of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and monitoring within the team- Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new features and provide effort estimates to project stakeholders- Support production issue resolution and root cause analysis for critical technical incidents- Contribute to technical hiring, onboarding, and skill development planning for the engineering team
