3PG is seeking to build and strengthen its managed Service Delivery Practice by identifying talented DevOps Technical Manager ( 9+ years of experience) to join our team. Ideal candidate will possess skills that make them a subject matter expert in systems , infrastructure and automation architecture coupled with the ability to work closely with delivery and manage client relationships. Successful candidates will be required to lead customer delivery activities , whilst being able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of our engagement teams. Creative thinking , hands on technical skills and a capacity to illustrate thought leadership to our customers as part of their transformational needs. Technical Competencies9+ years of working experience Excellent client - facing communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and delivery management background Previous execution of outlining strategic change with a focus on Cloud Operation , DevOps & Continuous Delivery Roles & ResponsibiltiesDesign , manage , and implement next generation deployment architecture and automation solutions; Implement , maintain , and improve Continuous Integration , Testing , Delivery and Deployment environments using Jenkins , AWS code pipeline and other tools Own and lead initiatives to define , design , and implement DevOps solutions which includes reference architectures , estimates , and costing; Can lead the team to automate the deployments using Ansible / Chef / puppet Set best practises for Production environment monitoring and taking action on any incident Cloud Infrastructure automation using CloudFormation / Terraform Advise business and technology delivery leadership on how to translate the client s infrastructure and automation business requirements into executable technology solutions; Participate in customer s workshops and provide presentations of the proposed solution; Act as a subject matter expert on DevOps best practices with Infrastructure and Configuration Management; Perform analysis of best practices and emerging concepts in DevOps , Infrastructure Automation , and Enterprise Security; Acts as a technical liaison between clients , service engineering teams and support; Review and audit of existing solution , design and system architecture; Serve as a systems and automation evangelist providing thought leadership , participating in conferences , authoring white papers , etc; Perform profiling , troubleshooting of existing solutions; Create technical documentation.
