Job Description

    Technical Project Manager-JavaShould have good project management experience for either Waterfall ( mandate) or Agile projectsShould have expertise in Technical skills (Java, J2EE, JS, any RDBMS) and can mentor the team technicallyShould have client facing experience and having worked in highly matrix organization. PM needs to work closely with offshore development team, Senior Management, multiple onsite teams and stakeholdersShould be able to estimate the project along with key technical persons, prepare the implementation schedule in MPP/ Excel, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk / risk mitigationShould have good issue resolution and people management skillsShould have experience of leading 25 30 people team, or 2-3 sub- teams of 8-10 membersGood technical knowledge and working experience for application development in web technologies (Java) & Mobile Application DevelopmentReviews software deliverables developed by team membersShould be able to lead requirement & scope discussion with customer* Development projects* Technical background* Capacity of PM min 2-3 yrs (Team management Min 10 plus members)*Client interaction* Hybrid ( Sr Role -Flexible to come down office as when required)
