  • Create and compile data technical training needs identification for respective territories
  • Prepare monthly training calendar for technical field staff (Operator, Technician and Foreman)
  • Organize and conduct training for technical field staff as per schedule
  • Create, manage and update various technical training reports
  • Qualification :BE / B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile or Agri Years of Experience : Overall 8 years, 5 years in technical training (Agri implements) is mandatory Preferred industries : Tractor industry, Agri implement manufacturers
