Job Description

Support Managers and the companys impye.com mission of delivering a superior customer experience by ensuring the quality and accuracy of the departments work. Using the company resources to convert the customer for loan and finance-related services.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound calling to sell the loan and finance products like Personal Loan
  • Coordinating with the customer and manager to provide the respective details and documents required for processing the loan
  • Coordinating with the bankers and relationship manager to solve the customer query
  • Uses independent judgment and resourcefulness to convert the customer and offer the personal loan.
  • Uses time-management skills to fulfill requirements within pre-established time constraints and guidelines.
  • Receives inbound phone calls from and makes outbound phone calls to resolve the customer issue
  • Performs essential job demands for this position
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Freshers from any location are eligible to apply
  • With 1 year of working experience will be an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office products and other relevant technologies.
  • Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel and Internet.

  • Must have strong time management skills, the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
