Job Description

  1. Require a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales / Outbound sales /Inside Sales/Tele calling/ generating leads.
  2. The candidate will be responsible to make outbound calls on the data provided by the company & pitch the customers regarding the services provided by the company.
  3. Identified prospects from provided list short out prospecting list.
  4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  5. Go the extra mile to drive sales.
  6. Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available options.
  7. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  8. Provide service, product information and price quotations.
  9. Creating maintain call logs for the same in software system.
  10. To provide support to client for their queries
  11. To do sales follow-ups
  12. To handle closure, negotiations on phone.
